The 2012 Annual Awards voting will begin at 12 o'clock midnight on January 1st, 2013 CST. Winners will be announced on January 31st, 2013 at 12 o'clock midnight.
The voting in each category ballot will consist of four (4) fics, the winners of the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall 2012 awards.
No judging panels are used in the annual awards, since all of these fics are previous winners and are already vetted.
